Karen Gravano is connected to the take down of John Gotti and the Gambino crime family. The daughter of Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, she was only 19 when her father turned on the mafia.
Karen had to move to Arizona to start over after her father's betrayal. She spent a few more years in New York before deciding to move to Arizona where she became a licensed aesthetician, opened up a spa and had her first and only child, Karina.
She is determined to reconnect with her old Staten Island friends. Karen also already has a book deal inked. We'd love to read it!
