Kat Von D Bio
Kat Von D is a tattoo artist and reality show star most famous for dating and dumping Sandra Bullock's philandering, racist, redneck ex-husband, Jesse James.
Kat first caught the public's eye as the heavily inked star of the TLC show Miami Ink. She followed the success of that show with a spin-off series about her own tattoo shop, entitled LA Ink. Since then, she's become one of the most recognizable and highly-regarded tattoo artists in the country. She's written two best-selling books and even launched her own make-up line.
Despite her professional success, Kat is probably best known to the mainstream American public for her relationship with Jesse James. Following a high profile break-up with Motley Crue rocker Nikki Sixx, Kat became involved with the self-described "most hated man in America," James. They dated for nearly a year and became engaged in January, 2011. Kat announced their breakup via Twitter in late July, 2011.
