Nadya Suleman is an opportunist and passionate Angelina Jolie fan who gave birth to octuplets on January 26, 2009. Her birth year is 1975 but the exact date is undisclosed. Nadya conceived her children with Invitro Fertilization and the children were delivered nine and a half weeks prematurely by Caesarian section. She is also called "the Octomom" by various gossip blogs and publications.

The amazing miracle immediately made headline news. Doctors believed Nadya was pregnant with seven babies, but were shocked to discover an eighth during her delivery surgery. Nadya's story is incredible, giving birth to eight healthy children at once, but soon after her babies' births, Nadya found herself in trouble.

After journalists did some probing, it was revealed that Nadya already had six children at home, was unemployed, on food stamps and had in vitro fertilization to become a single mother.

Surprisingly, Nadya was actually married! Her husband was Marcos Gutierrez and they were together from 1996 to 2008. They separated in 2000, but their formal divorce wasn't granted until 2008. None of Nadya's 14 children were fathered by Guiterrez, they were conceived through in vitro fertilization.

Two Octomom representatives have quit because of all the grotesque death threats that she would receive. They have also said that she's a difficult client. Nadya spent a few weeks appearing on The Dr. Phil Show in her quest for fame and she has allegedly had plastic surgeries so that she can look like her idol Angelina Jolie. In April 2009 it was reported that Nadya and her lawyer are working on getting her a reality show. Anyone surprised?
