Patrick Swayze is a film and television actor, dancer and singer-songwriter. He is well known for gyrating his hips in Dirty Dancing and playing the lead in Ghost.
Patrick has also been named the "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine in 1991. I beg to differ. He never did ti for me, but that's just my personal preference in addition to People usually getting it wrong.
Patrick was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer in January 2008. He is publicly battling the disease and has vowed to fight it.
