Philip Markoff

Philip Markoff is a 22-year-old second year student at Boston University. The "6-foot-tall" blond murder suspect is one of more than 600 medical students on the school's South End campus. He even showed off his medical coat with other students at the school's annual White Coat Day ceremony.

Those who know Markoff say that he's nice, helpful, smart and intelligent. He is engaged to be married!!!!! Guess those plans are called off. He met his fiance Megan McAllister at the State University of New York at Albany.

On April 20, 2009, Markoff was charged. He is accused of fatally shooting masseuse Julissa Brisman, 26, at a Boston Marriott Copley Hotel on April 14 and he is also expected to be charged in the April 10 armed robbery and kidnapping of a woman who was tied up at the Westin Copley. He allegedly bound her with plastic cord. Both women had advertised personal services on Craigslist.
