Robert Pattinson Bio
Robert Pattinson is an English actor, model and musician. He is best known for playing Edward Cullen, the animal blood sucking vampire in the film adaptation of Twilight.
Born in London, Robert Pattinson - or Patsy as some fans call him - has an English accent and cute grin. Swoon.
No stranger to cult followings, Patsy played Cedric in two Harry Potter movies. His gorgeous hair and chiseled jaw make him a standout. He began acting in his teens while performing at the historic Barnes Theater Company in London and scored a small part in German production The Ring of the Nibelungs.
Robert began modeling at age 12 and stopped only four years later. Modeling was difficult for him because he was told that his appearance is too "masculine." Patsy said, "When I first started I was quite tall and looked like a girl, so I got lots of jobs, because it was during that period where the androgynous look was cool. Then, I guess, I became too much of a guy, so I never got any more jobs. I had the most unsuccessful modeling career."
Luckily Robert Pattinson was not too masculine to play Edward Cullen. He was perfect as the main star of the popular vampire series.
He is currently filming New Moon in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I saw Twilight twice in theatres and I can not wait!
