Bio

Sarah Jessica Parker is the horse faced actress of the HBO series with an estrogen-based cult following, Sex and the City.

Sarah has won two Emmys for playing the insightful and lovable Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and the City: earning one trophy in 2001, another in 2004.

Ms. Parker began acting professionally at the age of eight and later hit the Broadway stage for some plays. Sarah has even played the title role of Annie during the original Broadway run. Watch out now!

SJP landed a role in television sitcom Square Pegs and co-stared in L.A. Story with Steve Martin (1991), she also starred in other commercially successful movies but it wasn't until 1998 that she became one of the biggest household names in HBO history, scoring the lead role in the ultimate frankly sexual, female empowering series, Sex and the City.

Sex and the City ran for six season. Sarah then returned to film with The Family Stone and again in 2008 with Failure to Launch co-starring the type cast hunk Matthew McConaughey.

Sarah married her alleged gay husband Matthew Broderick in 1997. Their son James was born on October 28, 2002. In April 2009 Sarah announced that her and her hubby Matthew are expecting surrogate twin girls.
