Stephanie Pratt was born in Los Angeles California on April 11, 1986 and is the younger sister of a-hole reality star Spencer Pratt. Stephanie opened up about her past drug abuse problems in a 2007 interview in US Magazine, and also spoken about her problem with bulimia from working with her thin co-stars on The Hills.
She's not much more than a wet blanket on The Hills and I still wonder why she's even on there, and when she's going to go postal on Spencer. What's amazing is those over inflated lips she's got this season? WTF was she thinking? Stephanie was arrested two weeks ago under suspicion of driving under the influence, and was formally charge with DUI on October 28, 2009.

Stephanie Pratt was formally charged with a DUI today after blowing a .08 on the breathalyzer test when she was pulled over on October 18. If convicted, she could face up to 6 months in jail.
