Tina Fey Bio
Tina Fey's real name is Elizabeth Stamatina. Good thing she went with a stage name! The brilliant actress, comedienne, writer and producer graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992 and took improvicational comedy group classes in Chicago.
Three years later, Tina became a writer for Saturday Night Live. She was promoted to the position of head writer in 1999 and left the show in 2006.
Tina created 30 Rock, a fan favorite that has helped to earn her some of the seven Emmys, three Golden Globes, three Screen Actors Guild Awards and four Writers Guild Awards that must be taking up plenty of space at her home.
Tina wrote 2004 teen comedy hit Mean Girls, starred in comedy film Baby Mama, and won an Emmy for her satirical portrayal of Sarah Palin on SNL.
Tina's talents know no bounds!
