Zoe Saldana Bio
Zoe Saldana was born Zoe Yadir a Zaldana Nazario on June, 19 1978 in New Jersey. Zoe along with her family moved to the Dominican Republic for 7 years when she was just ten years old. While living there, Zoe enlisted in a ballet class at one of the most prestigious dance schools in the area.
After returning to New York when she was 17, she began dancing with the Faces theater troupe and was recruited for a talent agency. She landed her first big screen role playing Eva in the 2000 film Center Stage. She has appeared in numerous movies such as Drumline, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Trek and her most recent role in Avatar.
She has been with her beau Keith Britton for 10 years and the couple recently became engaged.
