yes CPS should be involved!! To think for even a moment that Leah is unaffected because these acts of violence aren't being inflicted upon her is ridiculous!! Children that witness any type of abuse are higly likely to become victims or attackers! Kid's follow examples.....

In my opinion,Getting protective services involved is a little uncalled for,The baby is not getting hurt in any shape or form.To resolve the issue between gary and amber they should just cut any involvement with one another, besides there child Leah!
