I've NEVER heard a mother-(?) of a grown women say "I hate her". Ms. Birk, you may be a little more believable if every time you spoke out about Bethany, you didn't have to get paid for it! One thing you did do right by her, is giving her life. Now let her live it and leave her alone and your mouth shut. She's obviously done fantastic with out you. Let's just say you DID create the cocktail; what did YOU do with it? It wasn't "SKINNY GIRL" at that time. Bethenny took the risk, and blew it out of the water (tequila). Leave her alone, go get a job making money actually doing something instead of blabbing about your daughter for a paycheck.
