This goes to prove that looks is not everything. What counts is the person inside.She can be beautiful outside.What about her personality? I used to be a photographer & I photographed alot of models. I have to say they are not beautiful people inside once you get to know them.You do have the rare few however. I would date a plan jane anyday. Plastic surgury to change your looks to make you popular / happy cannot change if you are not happy with yourself inside.

All you young girls out there...
Please look closely at this and don't make the same mistake. This girl HAD a beautiful face. Now she looks like a 40+ year old bad plastic surgery victim. So sad. If she only had security in herself and the "original skin" she was born in. Too late now. I don't even want to know what she will look like when she's older...

OMG heidi was so much more beautiful before her surgery! She was just GORGEOUS, she shouldn't have EVER gotten her sugery!
