Heidi....you look f***ing amazing. I think people are completely over-reacting. You were decently attractive before (just being honest) and now you are literally one of the most beautiful faces, if not THE most beautiful face in America...literally. And this is coming from someone that prefers guys more than girls. If i was a woman I'd want a perfect amazing face like that. Wow! If you were born looking the way you do post-op everyone would think you were extremely beautiful. Instead they make up all these lame attacks like 'alien' or 'doll'. And let's face it, those people are trolls that will never come close to looking as PERFECT as you. You did it. You achieved perfect! I hope those kids in highschool you grew up with are dying with envy. MUCH love and stay strong. xox

I THINK ITS REALLY SAD WHEN A GIRL SO GOREGOUS, THINKS THAT SHE HAS TO GET PLASTIC SURGERY IN ORDER TO FEEL GORGEOUS HERSELF. SHE WAS BEAUTIFUL TO BEGIN WITH..NOW SHE JUST LOOKS PLASTIC. SOME MAY THINK 'PLASTIC' IS BEAUTY. BUT HONESTLY, WHO REALLY WANTS TO LOOK ARTIFICIAL? ITS DISGUSTING WHAT PEOPLE CAN DO TO THEMSELVES, WHATS EVEN MORE DIGUSTING IS HOW INSECURE PEOPLE CAN GET WITH THEMSELVES. I DO BELIEVE SPENCER AND THE MEDIA HAD A LOT TO DO WITH HER INSECURITIES, THOUGH ONLY A TRUE IDIOT WOULD STOOP THAT LOW TO GIVE INTO ALL THE CRITICISM; AND CHANGE THEMSELVES IN ORDER TO GRANT OTHERS DESIRES. HEDI USED TO HAVE SO MUCH LIFE IN HER SMILE AND IN HER FACE.. NOW SHE LOOKS LIFELESS AND ONTOP OF THAT..SHE LOOKS LIKE A FAKE, PLASTIC, IDIOT. SPENCER IS NOT GOING TO BE AROUND FOREVER..AND THE MEDIA ATTENTION IS GOING TO WEAR SOONER OR LATER.. I JUST FEEL BAD THAT SHE HAS TO LIFE WITH THAT FACE FOREVER..

She did all that surgery all this for some douche like spencer she kind of looks kind of wax figurine she used to be like gorgeous it's really sad that she feels like she had to get all that done =(

so sad and gross, she was way prettier before...she shouldn't have done all of this for Spencer...they aren't going to be together for long...he is a snake...and snake's soon slither away!

I think she's still pretty, whatever she does.

She does look a lot better, I'd say she went from an 8 to a 10. Any bigger boobs would look cartoonish on her frame.

I hate to say it, but she looks really pretty. I mean it is her body and she can do what she wants with it. At least she doesn't look like Shauna Sand. Hopefully she stays just like this so she doesn't end up looking like that!
