She does not look freakish and "wonky". I really wish the one putting captions for the pictures would be more serious. No one cares what negative thoughts you have, but maybe plenty of people disagree. I am sure many people couldn't take a better picture. No, Katy Perry is not a model, but look how gorgeous she can be. Goodness...
