I know men with feminine features, but this is obviously a female. Wrinkles in the shirt wouldn't be exactly the same location on the chest in every photo unless it's strategic to hide flattened breasts. That and when you see the hips, they're too wide-set for a man. Men that thin don't have hips that wide, end of story. As for Gaga's hair, her natural hair is short. Temporary dye and lots of hair wax - voila. I don't see why anyone's even second guessing it.
