He has a case of micrognaphia (small chin/jaw) common in the mid-west with hill billies, hence why he looks very odd. His body is fine it is his teeth, micrognaphia and hill billyish looks that make him appear funky looking. Perhaps he should go back to the mid-west--where many have that small jaw, funky teeth, gommer-pyle look.
