His small mouth seen commonly in the mid-west called micrognaphia (small jaw/chin). There are genetic influences, paternal/materal influences, in-breeding as such especially in Appalachia in Kentucky (kenyucky). hence, why he looks funky and odd. with all his money he needs to see a dentist and surgeon to find out how to fix his micrognaphia.
