Lil Mama is very harsh on the eyes and looks like a middle aged man dressed in drag, so of course I have to start with her. The 2009 BET Awards were great this year, a lot of that was due to touching Michael Jackson tributes including Ciara who embarrassingly croaked out a song on stage.

Alicia Keys and her tree trunk legs were on the red carpet, as was Cassie and her tragic hairdo. Kanye West and his blondyke Amber Rose also made an appearance and although Beyonce looked hot, she was dressed like a high end hooker.

Keri Hilson, one of my faves, wore a dress that looked like it was made for kids. Keri also picked up an award for best new artist; and Tyra Banks dyed her hair dark again since she was at a black award show. Tyra always does that for black events. Others including Monica, Zoe Saldana, Taraji Henson, Soulja Boy, Estelle and Meagan Good all posed for photographers. Who was best dressed? I say Beyonce.

One week after Kate and Jon Gosselin filed divorce papers, they've issued a statement to TLC. This is what PR is all about.

Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin said,

"During this very difficult time we will be working to focus solely on the needs of our family. This includes no longer commenting publicly or reacting to media stories and speculation. Our goal is to do the very best for our children and that will be done as privately as possible. We appreciate the understanding, support and well wishes from so many."

Last Tuesday TLC announced that it's putting a hold on airing new Jon & Kate Plus 8 episodes. Like the Gosselin's marriage, the show is doomed and although Kate declared that "The show must go on!" that seems highly unlikely.

Jon and Kate don't have to talk to the media in order for the tabloids to create stories, just look at Brangelina. Thankfully their kids are fairly young and probably don't truly grasp everything around them. At least they have videos and pictures like those below of happier times.

The world has been robbed of immense talent from the greatest artist of all time, but Michael Jackson lives on in his music, decade upon decade worth of moving, brilliant songs and performances. Here's The King of Pop rehearsing at the Staples Center on Wednesday night hours before he died of cardiac arrest. He is sorely missed right now but he will never be forgotten.

Gossip Girl goddess Leighton Meester has teamed up with Cobra Starship for her very first music video, "Good Girls Go Bad." This song is very fun and catchy and it's gonna be a huge summer hit. It's perfect for parties.

Cobra Starship Leighton Meester 'Good Girls Go Bad' Leighton Meester is a Good Girl Gone Bad and she has the sex tape to prove it. How she manages to remain cute and sexy at the same time has always puzzled me. Any woman who can pull off both looks simultaneously deserves praise. Leighton's working on her upcoming debut album and I think it has a good chance of at least going Gold. If she has the right production team behind her, she may just do very well.

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine Jackson has been granted temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson's three children.

A Los Angeles Superior Court has put the grandmama in charge. A hearing is set for Aug. 3 to determine if Katherine's guardianship will become permanent.

Katherine filed a petition today stating that the children have "no relationship with their biological mother," Debbie Rowe.

Michael has two children with ex Rowe - Prince, 12, and Paris, 11. His third child Prince Michael II aka "Blanket," 11, was born to an unidentified surrogate. Her whereabouts are "unknown."

Michael's kids have been living with Katherine at the family's Encino, Calif., estate since their father's untimely June 25 death.

Go Katherine! These kids need to stay together and Michael's mother is one of the best candidates to keep his memory alive for his children.

The often inaccurate British tabloid The Sun claims to have obtained a copy of Michael Jackson's autopsy report. It. Is. Disturbing.

Among the most startling revelations, Michael Jackson was bald, weighed only 112 pounds, was badly disfigured, had broken ribs and bruised knees, shins and bruising on his back. The bridge of Jackson's nose had also disappeared and the right side had caved in!

The Sun claims that no food was in Jackson's stomach at the time of his death, only partially dissolved pills. Michael's ribs broke as paramedics tried to revive him after he suffered cardiac arrest. Injection marks appeared on his "hips, thighs and shoulders" from receiving narcotic painkiller injections three times a day for years.

Two autopsies were conducted on Jackson. On Sunday, Dr. Conrad Murray - the singer's private pathologist who discovered Jackson in bed and not breathing last Thursday - denied giving the icon Demerol or OxyContin.

Many suspect that the Jackson family will be forthcoming about the official results. Hopefully this alleged report is fabricated, although it was obvious that MJ was keeping poor health for years.

UPDATE: The Los Angeles County coroner just released the following statement:

"The report that is being published did not come from this office. I don't know where the information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false.

Shia LaBeouf has always said that Megan Fox is gorgeous, and Megan Fox has always said kind things about Mr. LaBeouf. The two spend a lot of time together filming their Transformers movies and Megan recently said that she's single.

The circumstances seem favorable for these two to become an item, so does that mean Megan is now seeing LaBeouf in the buff? Sorry, all. That one was too easy.

The “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” co-stars (whose movie killed the competition with a $201 million five-day opening) sat side by side during a dinner with 10 pals — including director Oliver Stone — at Nobu on Thursday.

“They definitely seemed into each other,” says a witness, who told us that when Fox left at 10 p.m., LaBeouf followed hot on her heels. Another spy added that, while partying at a Rose’s bash in West Hollywood earlier in the week, “Shia couldn’t keep his eyes off of Megan: He literally watched her like a hawk all night.”

Whenever Britney Spears dyes her hair, it's headline news. Gasp! Brit Brit is dark again, y'all! I don't really like dark hair on Britney Spears cause 1) I feel that it ages her a bit and 2) She was really bat sh*t the last time she had a dark weave.

Britney Spears and her agent "boyfriend" Jason Trawick went shopping together over the weekend and I have yet to co-sign on this f*ckship. I still think it's a publicity stunt. Britney likes her boys rough, rugged, fluent Ebonics speakers and occasionally unemployed baby daddies. This guy is too old and accomplished and square and employed for her.

Kendra Wilkinson decided to get married to Hank Baskett at the Playboy mansion on Saturday.

Kendra is expecting her first child with Hank Baskett and she exchanged vows before any baby bump got in the way. Her dress is gorgeous and the wedding was elegant, just what you'd expect from the Playboy mansion. 

Kendra Wilkinson said,

"I’m ready to marry the man of my dreams. He’s one in a million. I’m so lucky."

Kendra wore more than $100,000 worth of platinum and diamond jewelry by designer Michael Barin. She personally selected the 4.25-carat platinum drop earrings ($47,000), the 2.5-carat platinum pendant ($33,700) and the 4.5-carat bracelet ($21,000).

Her brother Colin walked her down the aisle (Hef was originally slated to do the honor but Wilkinson changed her mind).

Congrats to the happy couple!

Only three days after Michael Jackson died, sister Janet Jackson appeared on stage at the BET Awards for a touching tribute. She's so strong! In fact, Janet holds her tears in and reminds us that Michael Jackson was an icon to everyone, but "To us, Michael is family, and he will forever live in all of our hearts."

Ne-Yo and Jamie Foxx then sang the Jackson 5's "I'll Be There" as MJ pics played in the background.
