Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez are currently in Paris for a number of reasons: a Chanel runway show, a dinner to support Obama (someone should tell them French people can't vote in the election), and…to get engaged?
Yes, there are rumors circulating that Casper and J-Lo are ready to get married. Nothing new there, but now we're hearing rumblings (based on a whole lot of nothing) that Casper plans to pop the question while the couple is in Paris.
“He’s madly in love with her,” a source close to Casper tells Us Weekly. “It’s not just that she’s his lover, she’s also his best friend.” No one is claiming to have any insider knowledge indicating that Casper will definitively get down on one on knee in front of the Eiffel Tower, but it makes sense when you think about it:
Cassie's not the brightest bulb and Jen's probably been dropping none-too-subtle hints left and right ("If you don't propose soon, you're out on your @ss," etc.). Casper probably did a little googling and figured out that Paris is considered romantic, so even though this rumor is based entirely on speculation, I wouldn't be surprised to find out there's something to it.
