The season 6 premiere of Jersey Shore, which aired last Thursday, was all about Deena Cortese’s weight loss, Snooki and Jionni LaValle pretending that they’re aren’t doomed, and Mike Sorrentino staying away from alcohol.
Expect ratings to plummet as season 6 is guaranteed to suck.
Deena Nicole Cortese’s body looks more like a “walking holiday” now that our blast in a glass got Deena got a nose job, slimmed down and toned up.
Deena told In Touch magazine: “I’ve always struggled with my body image. My weight was getting out of control, and I knew it was time to do something about it.”
Luckily for Deena, she’s friends with Nicole Polizzi, who brought her onto Jersey Shore which presumably gave her the funds to spend on a trainer.
Chris Buckner‘s girlfriend said: “If you’re a little heavy, online bullies will treat you like crap. It’s sad. And it really hurts. I’m happy with myself, and that’s the only thing that really matters.”
This is true. Across the board bloggers were pretty harsh on Deena but now she gets the last laugh. Good for her!
Chris Buckner has been dating Deena Nicole Cortese for more than a year now and I couldn’t be happier for her. Unlike most of us, Deena was rejected multiple times on television but now she’s found happiness with her underage looking boyfriend.

Deena Nicole Cortese’s transition from meatball to lean cut continues. We already marveled at Deena’s bikini photos which showed that Jersey Shore‘s most grenade-like guidette had put the G back in her GTL routine. Now we have Deena in In Touch magazine, channeling Pam Anderson in a Baywatch-esque orange swimsuit.
A year ago, the idea of Deena playing Baywatch dress-up would’ve sent us into hysterics. These days, her claim that she’s “the guidette Pamela Anderson” may still be a bit of an overstatement, but Deena finally looks like she’s built for the shore. Hey, maybe she and her fellow guidos will actually go to the beach this year!
Amazing what a little money and fame can do, isn’t it? Nothing we’ve seen on Shore has given us any indication that she’s the tiniest bit health-conscious, yet there she is miraculously transformed in a matter of months. Maybe she just had to spend some time outside of Jersey to realize that there are foods other than pizza and pasta.
MTV has finally pulled the plug on a popular series that used to be fresh to def but has become dated. Today the cable network announced that the upcoming sixth season of Jersey Shore will be its last.
There were rumors that the show would end seasons ago. Season 6 wrapped up filming last month and will premiere on Oct. 4.
It's time! We haven't wanted to fist pump as much with the Jersey Shore millionaires for a while. The cast has grown up and the fights, make-ups and breakups are no longer entertaining. Hopefully editors will do their best to make sure that season 6 is much better than last season.
You know the entire cast thought they were going to parlay the show into legit careers in the entertainment industry. We look forward to watching you all on some has been Vh1 programs in the future as you cry into half empty cups of Ron Ron Juice.
We actually do have a few reasons to celebrate the return of Jersey Shore. Mike Sorrentino is going to be pretending to be a recovering alcoholic, Snooki is a pregnant midget, expecting a baby with her fiance Jionni LaValle; Deena Cortese has a boyfriend, lost weight and got arrested, and the only single folks in the house are gay Vinny Guadagnino and his power bottom Pauly D.
We already know that a fight went down during the filming of Jersey Shore; and with most of the cast in a relationship, folks may also be fighting over the smush room.
Pregnant Snooki is bound to be pretty hilarious, and knowing that these millionaires have to "work" at a t-shirt store is enough of a reason to tune in. Every job has its disadvantages, but can you imagine having to wake up early in the morning to "work" at a t-shirt store when you're hungover and f*cking rich? That's torture, and it's the one reason viewers shouldn't be jealous of the wealthy cast.
Season 6 kicks off on Thursday October 4 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
Awwww! I was really looking to watching a pregnant midget, aka Snooki, waddling around nightclubs and the boardwalk up until she gave birf on season 6 of Jersey Shore, but it looks like that’s not going to happen. Damn it!
The cast of Jersey Shore finished taping the final episode of season 6. Cast members were seen moving their guido luggage out of the famous Shore house just a month after filming began. JWoww and Snooki were both crying in the photos that we’ve posted below.
Season 6 will probably feature many scenes with Snooki’s future baby daddy, Jionni LaVallle and some cameo appearances of Chris Buckner, Deena Cortese’s boyfriend. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino also has a girlfriend, Paula Pickard… MTV has yet to release a premiere date, but I’ll be tuning in for season 6, or just reading Lil Payne‘s hilarious recaps.

When Deena Cortese first got in a bikini, she looked like a retired bodybuilder who hadn’t hit the gym in years. Then Jersey Shore happened and Deena’s bank account exploded. She got a nose job then slimmed down and got a new boyfriend, Chris Buckner. Just weeks ago Deena was photographed in a bikini and she didn’t look nearly as good as she looks today!
Deena is doing a great job of showing women what sexy looks like. It comes in many shapes and sizes, obviously. Deena is fit, she has a flat stomach, toned legs and she’s wearing a better top so that we don’t have to be reminded that her breasts look like they were Photoshopped in via National Geographic. See kids, money does buy happiness, or it at least pays for the tools that help reality stars get plastic surgery fit.
