She’s asking Ashton, valued at $140 million, to pay for the renovations on her new apartment and wants part of the profits Ashton received from an online venture he invested in after they separated.

Whoa! We get Demi, Ashton cheated and wasn’t a very good husband, but you’re not looking good right now. You want him to give you money he earned after you separated? Chill girl.

Apparently, Ashton has agreed to give her some cash, but not the amount she’s demanding and he refuses to cover the condo renovations or give her any money he made after they split. Sources say Demi has begun to rethink her plan of taking all of Ashton’s money now that it’s a clear a judge would never agree to her conditions.

Ashton’s estranged wife is upset that he’s dating Mila Kunis and now she’s seeking revenge in one of the most popular ways by going after her ex’s wallet.

Two months after Ashton filed for divorce, Demi has finally filed her own papers. According to TMZ‘s sources, aka Demi, “she’s worth WAAAAY more than” Kutcher.

“She’s got money up the wazoo” and has untold millions more than Ashton. She wants Ashton to pay HER attorney’s fees. It’s almost out of the question Ashton will have to pay Demi spousal support — a judge certainly would never order it.

Demi’s going to make her ex hate her now just because she’s being spiteful.

Demi reportedly "still has feelings for Ashton and hasn't found a suitable distraction just yet."

Ashton Kutcher Files for Divorce

Merry Christmas Demi! The holidays are a time for engagements and for many celebrity breakups. Ashton Kutcher wants to make his split legal. The 34-year-old filed divorce papers today in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Sara Leal, some slut who lives in San Diego, slept with Ashton without Demi's knowledge. The affair was exposed and Demi dumped Ashton to save face, then became frighteningly thin, overdosing on whippits, checking into rehab and dating a few other young guys.

Ashton has given Demi plenty of time to get it together.

TMZ reports: Ashton waited so long because he wanted to give Demi the chance to file first … it was a whole dignity thing.  After a year … when Demi showed no signs of making her move, Ashton finally did.

I'm not the only one who can see Mila Kunis getting wifed up by Ashton. Hold on tight Demi! You're in for a bumpy ride.

Vito Schnabel and Demi Moore are Dating

Demi Moore, 50, is now dating Vito Schnabel, 26. Vito is the son of famous painter Julian Schnabel. Demi and Vito "first got cozy" at Naomi Campbell's 50th birthday party earlier this month in India, the NY Post reports.

Vito also dated Elle Macpherson when Elle was 44 and he was 21. He's also dated Liv Tyler, who is nine years his senior.

Demi Moore and Martin Henderson Are Dating

Ya know, who's supposedly heartbroken over her divorce, Demi Moore is certainly getting around these days. First she was romantically linked to True Blood star Joseph Manganiello, now it seems the former Mrs. Kutcher is getting serious with 37 year-old actor Martin Henderson.

Life & Style reports that the two have been hanging out for about a week (so clearly it's getting serious) and published the above photo of the ultra-new couple on a getaway in Connecticut. Ah, celebrities. If you were dating someone for a week and asked them to go on vacation with you, they'd file a restraining order, but Martin was probably all, "Do I have time to pack a bag?" Of course, you only need to glance at dude's IMDB page to see that he certainly doesn't have work keeping him at home.

Of course, the timing of this announcement and the very staged-looking photos have many speculating that this all a publicity stunt allowing Demi to prove to the world that she's over Ashton. Hey, Martin could sure use the exposure. Sounds like a win-win.

“Even though Ashton cheated on her all the time, it was with random girls, it wasn’t a relationship like it is with Mila and that is what is killing Demi now.” Wait a minute, Ashton cheated on Demi all the time while they were married, but she’s pissed that he’s dating someone now that they’re divorced? I’m calling shenanigans. If the source said that Demi is pissed because Mila can do way better, maybe I’d believe it. We all feel that way.

"Demi was getting a lot more attention than a lot of the younger girls in the room…They had amazing chemistry."

Another insider says that Demi is happier and healthier than she's been in years, and it's all thanks to Joseph. Though not currently a household name, Joe has a high-profile role in the upcoming movie Magic Mike, in which he plays a stripper named Big Dick. So that explains it. All this time, all Demi needed was a guy with a…role in the new Steven Soderbergh film. Hi-o!
