Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy have been going back and forth between divorce settlements for far too long now. I never really understood why people (more so celebrities) draw out their divorces for so damn long if they really have no desire to be together ever again.

In a recent statement, the talk show host admits that she can now see that divorce is going to be somewhat of a challenge. I don’t know if Bethenny thought it was going to be just a walk in the park or what? But, when Frankel continues to change her mind on every last decision she and her ex agreed upon, then yeah, I can see why things can get a bit challenging.

In a statement to People magazine, she wrote, “I really did think it would be amicable. I absolutely did. I wrote that entire statement myself. And every single word, I believed to be true.”

Maybe things would be amicable if she wouldn’t continue to fight for sole custody of their almost 3-year-old daughter Bryn after originally agreeing upon sharing the responsibility.

At the time of the split, the former reality star said that she and Jason hoped to “amicably co-parent” their daughter. Now she’s seeking full custody, and I really don’t know why as the two live merely miles a part, it’s no wonder things are not so “amicable” as she puts it. She’s taking away the one thing that her estranged husband wants most.

I've been on Jason Hoppy's side ever since I watched episodes of Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Getting Married and Bethenny Ever After. Bethenny is a self-absorbed control freak. It's always her way or GTFO when it comes to everything.

Bethenny is trying to pretend as though Bryn doesn't have a father. She wants sole custody and she wants to take her 2 year-old across the world. WTF for?! It's not like Bryn will even know that she's in another city, let alone another country. Bethenny's marriage is over, she has to deal with the consequences.

Bethenny has a business trip to Australia next month but Jason ain't havin' it.

RadarOnline reports: "Jason won't let Bethenny take Bryn to Australia. He doesn't think it's good for their little girl to travel half way around the world with her mom on a business trip. How much time will Bethenny actually be able to spend with Bryn because it's definitely a working trip?"

Bethenny's lawyers are considering going to court to see if they can get a judge to sign off on her taking Bryn to Australia.

It's always all about Bethenny. She's a nightmare.

I hope Bethenny knew this was coming. She can't just sit there and try to take everything from her estranged husband!

Jason's basically has the same exact requests that Bethenny does. He wants primary custody of their 2-year-old daughter and he wants child support.

"Jason is asking for Bethenny to foot the bill for medical and dental insurance as well as related expenses for himself and daughter Bryn."

He also wants his ex to maintain life insurance on herself, making both Bryn and him beneficiaries. He wants "exclusive use and occupancy" of their home and he wants Bethenny to pay for his lawyer and accountant fees.

Bethenny Frankel has moved her 2-year-old daughter Bryn out of the home she shares with Jason Hoppy and into the Upper East Side apartment of billionaire hedge funder, Warren Lichtenstein.

Warren, 47, is one of Bethenny’s close friends. Bethenny actually went on a weeklong vacay with Warren in October 2012.

“Warren invited her for a vacation and she said, ‘Why not?’ Jason just went ballistic,” an insider reveals. Sounds about right. If you know anything about Bethenny, she does whatever she wants and I think she’s sleeping with Warren.

Bethenny also went to Aspen, Colorado with friends over the holidays and Warren was with her!

Frankel’s rep denies that Bethenny and Warren are dating. I’m not buying that, but one thing’s for certain, I think Bethenny will be sleeping around. She’s a former slut. The problem here is, she has a 2 year-old. She needs to keep her hookups away from her daughter. SMH. Something to think about, b**ch!

Bethenny Frankel is good business material, but she isn't exactly wifey material. Poor Jason Hoppy just didn't know that. Treating her marriage like a freakin' business deal, Frankel, who is worth between $25 to $55 million, wants her estranged husband to pay up.

According to docs that Frankel filed she wants child support (retroactive from the date she filed for divorce), medical, dental, optical, therapeutic and orthodontic expenses for HER and her daughter Bryn and life insurance that makes her and Bryn beneficiaries.

Frankel also wants exclusive occupancy (translation: Jason must GTFO of their home). Predictably, control freak Bethenny wants primary physical custody of her 2-year-old daughter.

But there's more!

"Bethenny also wants the judge to enforce their prenup dated March 23, 2010 … signed 5 days before they got hitched. This is a preliminary step to move the process forward. She wants to work this out privately and amicably."

Did you hear that? That was Bethenny's fan base going up in flames.

Not since Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey aired their relationship out for millions of fans each week have viewers watched such a mismatched couple attempt to keep their marriage permanent.

Bethenny Frankel's fans are upset and disappointed that her marriage with Jason Hoppy only lasted two years and she feels as though she has a lot of damage control to do.

Bethenny wrote some self-involved article about how difficult her life is. Now a "source" tells People that Bethenny and Jason "tried to make it work" but "it just got too hard to be husband and wife."

The source says that "there was no one turning point that caused this."

Frankel continues to claim that her reality show did not cause her break up.

And the damage control continues, People writes: "In the last year, Frankel, 42, had even taken time off from her various businesses to focus on her marriage."

People's source says that because Bethenny surrounds herself with yes people, it was tough for her to compromise in her marriage.

Bethenny Frankel's haters are fired up and her fans are disappointed. Bethenny, 42, announced that she and Jason Hoppy are separating after two years of marriage. Bethenny was always up front about the challenges she and Jason faced in her relationship. Now she's trying to give an explanation.

Bethenny gave People magazine an exclusive, saying: "Nothing comes easily for me. Being successful in business doesn't come easy for me. Marriage doesn't come easily for me. You have to fight for everything."

This is coming from the woman who sold her Skinny Girl alcohol line for $100 million.

Bethenny continued: "Our core issues are wanting the other person to be somebody they are not. Jason is more balanced. He doesn't want to work 24 hours a day. He wants to play golf and go out with his friends.

"The irony is, we chose each other for who the person is – and then sometime you want it both ways."

Frankel says that putting their filming their relationship for reality TV did not contribute to the demise of her marriage.

"Money, family, gender roles, we just keep fighting over them… Our issues are our issues, and I can't say reality TV exacerbates that. We had our issues when we were dating. We always had the struggle to accept one another."

As if that wasn't enough, Bethenny has more to say. Her publicist needs to tell her to STFU.

Their basic issue? "He feels there are so many people who have a piece of me. The core issues are he wants me to open up to let me in, and my basic thing is, I don’t want to be in a situation where I can't say what I feel. I have to be in a relationship where I can say what I feel even if it's wrong – so we can work through it."

"I just wanted to be able to say something, without him saying I am a bad person for having those feelings. What can I be, besides honest?"

Bethenny has put enough of her life up for public consumption. This interview didn't help her any. She sounds like an insane narcissist and a miserable wife who nit picks, which she of course is. She just doesn't need to confirm the suspicions of millions!

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy will be divorcing after nearly three years of marriage. Bethenny released a statement today announcing the split.

"It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family.

"We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," the statement continues. "This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."

Bethenny and Jason were constantly fighting on the third and final season of her Bravo reality show Bethenny Ever After.

In previous months, rumor after rumor emerged that the two were on te rocks. Bethenny and Jason were spotted last week in New York and Bethenny wasn't wearing her wedding ring. They have a 2 and a half year old daughter, Bryn.

There have been rumors that Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy split, stories that they "never have sex" and Bernadette Birk, Bethenny's mother, says there is no way this marriage will work.

On the third and final season of Bethenny Ever After, Jason and Bethenny spent the entire season fighting. Since wrapping up their reality show around a year ago, a source tells UsWeekly:

"Things have gotten even more strained in recent months. They're fighting a lot."

One ongoing conflict: differing career ambitions. Says a source, "She's very focused, but he's just not driven. Bethenny's unhappy, but she really wants to make it work."

On Bethenny's Twitter, she never mentions her husband, only her daughter Bryn. It's been that way for as long as I can remember. The couple spends a lot of time apart. I like Bethenny so I hope everything works itself out.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy’s marriage has been put under the microscope ever since they began dating on the Real Housewives of New York City. Jason and Bethenny are polar opposites and they spent the entire last season of Bethenny Ever After fighting. Still, Bethenny explains that she has no plans to divorce.

“We’ve been scared. The second year of marriage was not easy. We hit bottom, [but] we came out the other side,” Frankel told People magazine.

“I think we have what it takes to make it work. I don’t have a backup plan. It’s not like shopping for shoes and getting a new pair. That’s not what it’s about.”

Bethenny’s estranged mother says that her daughter is a cheater and there’s no way she’ll stay with Jason cause he’s too passive and boring for Bethenny.

Frankel just wrapped up filming her six-week run for her new talk show. She’s returned to New York where she’ll be living in a beach house for two months without any cameras around.

“I’m in lockdown. I’m finally ready to become a housewife.”

Bethenny is a lot of work and while Jason seems up to the task, I don’t think anyone would be shocked if they split. They have sh!t in common and he has no personality!
