Although she says she’s upset it was stolen (by Spencer Pratt) and given to Vivid Entertainment (again, by Spencer), TMZ caught her leaving the Vivid Entertainment offices with her beau Sam Jones III. Wait a minute, Sam wanted to fight Spencer over this tape, and now he may possibly want it released?!?

Karissa and actor Sam Jones III — her boyfriend/sex tape partner — were spotted outside of Vivid’s office in L.A. yesterday afternoon where Sam confirmed they just had a meeting with Vivid boss Steve Hirsch.

As for what the meeting was about — Sam told our cameraman they were “exploring all of our options” … then quickly covered his bases by saying, “Especially our legal options.”

If I understand the porn laws correctly, they can’t release a sex tape of you unless you give them permission to do so. So they’re not exploring legal options, they’re exploring their pricing structure and payment options for when this video gets released. Karissa Shannon’s Boyfriend: ‘I Want To Fight Spencer Pratt’

What happened to the days of just punching somebody in the face when they pissed you off? Now it’s all cage fights and charity boxing matches. It doesn’t really matter who wins, because if this fight takes place, both Sam and Spencer will become slightly more famous, which is all they really want, anyway.

Maybe these two should release their own dude-on-dude sex tape. That would really get people talking.
