Kathy Griffin: Bravo Talk Show Canceled, Pilot with Anderson Cooper in Works

Hollywood’s favorite Housewives-hater has been dumped from her latest gig on Bravo. Comedienne Kathy Griffin told an audience her talk show, Kathy, would not be returning for a third season while performing stand-up Friday in Cincinnati.

The news doesn’t come as a surprise to many, as Bravo recently moved her from the 10pm primetime spot on Thursdays — a.k.a., things were going south, and fast.

Millions of gay men Audiences fell in love with the redheaded firecracker on her hit reality series, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, which premiered on Bravo in 2005. But beyond her outrageous, D-List series and the much-anticipated CNN New Year’s Eve special with Anderson Cooper every December 31, Ms. Griffin has struggled to find primetime success.

Sources have dished a Kathy Griffin-Anderson Cooper pilot has been commissioned by CNN’s new chief, Jeff Zucker. It’s too early to know for sure if a Kanderson series will blossom into reality, but our fingers are crossed!

We could listen to this all. Day. Long. Our fave gay-for-pay actor, Darren Criss, stopped by Kathy Griffin’s show on Bravo Thursday to have a few laughs, chat about Glee, and, oh — discuss vaginal sex with Lily Tomlin. Weird — we know — but so adorable meets dirty.

Kathy Griffin No Makeup Pictures: Yikes!

At 51, Kathy Griffin continues to enjoy cult popularity as a comedian; she’s in decent shape and she seems to have no trouble keeping up with 33 year-old boyfriend Randy Bick. That said, next time Kathy is leaving the house and knows there might be paparazzi present, she may wanna put on a little foundation.

Yes, that’s Ms. Griffin bearing an unfortunate resemblance to Jack Nicholson as The Joker. Maybe it’s the smile, or the angle, but this is exactly the type of photo that embarrasses the hell out of many a female celebrity.

Then again, Kathy is not the typical female celeb. She’s probably crafting some hilarious tweets at her own expense as we speak. She’s spoken proudly about the fact that she hasn’t had any work done “in years,” and tweeted in June, “No botox, fillers, NUTHIN!”

More importantly, Kathy is funny enough to get away with looking however she wants. Joan Rivers is like 90 and I’d hit as hard as I could without causing some sort of hip injury. Why? Because she’s funny as hell, and as many an overweight bald dude who gets laid on the strength of his sense of humor can tell you – that’s a damn attractive quality.

Kathy Griffin is dating a man nearly twenty years younger than she is! Kathy is 51 and her new boyfriend, “a man believed to be named Randy,” is 33 years old. And we thought Jennifer Lopez was pushing it with Casper Smart, but Casper’s only 17 years younger.

Kathy wore a bikini while Randy wore shorts and a t-shirt?!!!! Griffin has been dating Randy since late last year. The comedienne and Bravo talk show host has described him as “a really nice normal guy with a nice normal job who doesn’t care for the spotlight, and I like it that way and he does too.”

Good for her! It’s not always a good idea for celebrities to date celebrities because they’re both so busy which cuts into time for f*cking which is, like, the only reason to be in a relationship.

Bristol Palin: Anti-Gay Marriage Comments Upset Celebrities

Bristol Palin gave her ghostwriter a new assignment when she asked him or her to pen a blog slamming Obama for supporting gay marriage. Bristol’s new blog post has the same tone and style of some of her other posts that she also didn’t write.
