Nine months after Katy Perry and Russell Brand finalized their divorce, Katy has officially put up the 1920s-era mansion in the Hollywood Hills area of LA, according to the real estate site Zillow. The mansion is listed at a whopping $6.925 mill!

The duo purchased the property back in June 2011 for $6.5. So I guess she’s not being too greedy asking for $6.9.

In addition to the mansion, “the gated estate features a carriage house, a garden, and a gorgeous pool, complete with a waterfall.”

Because every house needs a giant waterfall in their backyard.

But, wait. That’s not all you get. The property sits on 8,300-square foot, accompanied with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a huge, four-room master suite, two guest suites, and staff quarters.

As if someone could afford to hire staff after splurging on the unattainable abode!

Well, one can dream…

It seems a Katy Perry tell-all autobiography is just like those shooting boobs of hers — they exists only in our wildest dreams.

The Internet jumped for joy this week anticipating the California girl sharing juicy details about her Russell Brand marriage with the rest of us. But it turns out the $2 million book deal originally reported was, well, just a bunch of bologna. Ugh.

It’s not exactly clear just where the rumor originated, but we’re hoping Katy knows her inside scoop would make our Fireworks burst. Girl, grab a pen and paper, and get to it!

Katy Perry’s Part Of Me movie was boring and she already explained her life thoroughly in the film. If you didn’t watch her movie, Perry’s E! True Hollywood Story summed it up in an hour. She’s the daughter of strict religious parents, she moved to L.A., got a few record deals and became a huge success because she‘s hot and writes catchy songs.

There are no mysteries left and there’s no depth here. There’s nothing left to tell, but Katy Perry signed a $2 million book deal in which she’ll reportedly write about her divorce and her current relationship with John Player.

Katy seems like she’s in character most of the time whenever she’s giving interviews; and her documentary was flattering to her, just like Beyoncé’s horrible HBO documentary.

We’re not going to get the whole truth or much truth at all from this book. It will be biased garbage, but hopefully it’s funny for those who read it. I’m much more interested in what Lena Dunham has to say even though, at $3.5 million, Dunham was overcompensated for her collection of essays.
