Lily Allen is now a mum to two young girls. After suffering a miscarriage in 2008 and 2010, Allen and her husband Sam Cooper had their second child, a baby girl in London.

The 27-year-old British singer Tweeted: "Quite overwhelmed by all the well wishing going on. THANKYOU everybody x x x"

Earlier this month Lily let her Twitter followers know that she was due to give birth any day now. "Thought I was in labor but I just need to fart," she posted on New Year's Day. The next day she posted: "My husband is currently making me a Pantera mix CD to take to the birthing suite. #cute"

Awww. Congrats to Lily and Sam!

Lily Allen, 27, is expecting her second child later this year! Lily has reported "started telling her friends" about her pregnancy and everyone is "so excited for her." Allen had two miscarriages before giving birth to her daughter last year and she "doesn't want to talk about" this pregnancy yet.

Lily had a daughter, Ethel Mary, in November of last year. She got married in London just five months prior.

The pregnancy is a surprise but Lily and Sam are excited.

"The pair of them have loved every minute of ­parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly. So it's great timing."

It's pretty cool that Lily's kids will only be a year apart. Congrats!

The excited new mother described becoming a mother as being "totes Amaze."

There is no word on what name Lily gave her little one.

Lily Allen and her boyfriend Sam Cooper are expecting their first baby together. Over the last three months people have speculated Lily is knocked up after seeing the below photo of her leaving a pharmacy in London back in May. Lily denied the rumor at the time, but that belly speaks a thousand words!

Lily suffered a miscarriage back in 2007 when she was pregnant with then boyfriend Ed Simmons, so it makes sense that she waited until after her three month check-up before announcing she's prego telling The Sun: "It goes without saying we are both absolutely delighted."
