The Avengers star was caught laying out on a yacht in Italy where she’ll be watching a fashion show and shooting an ad campaign. Noticeably absent from Scarlett’s side is her ad exec boyfriend, Nate Naylor.

This man is into Scarlett and I think they’re f*cking, but her rep claims that he’s just her bodyguard. As if celebrities don’t bang their staff! Look at how excited this man is to be all up on ScarJo? The pictures don’t lie!

After being dumped by Sean Penn after moving in with him, Scarlett Johansson has moved onto Nate Naylor, a New York advertising exec with a questionable face. They both went clubbing at The Electric Room in New York recently where Scarlett had to deal with an annoying fan who “just kept throwing his body toward her, dancing wildly, trying to talk to her and get her attention.”

An onlooker tells Star magazine: “He was relentless!”

Johansson was “visibly frustrated” and her man “watched like a deer in headlights.” Scarlett then alerted security and bouncers stepped in to shield her from her idiot fan.

That’s a deal breaker for me. Why date a “man” if he’s going to act like a scared little girl?!

Scarlett Johansson received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this week. Her Avengers co-star Jeremy Renner was there with Scarlett, along with her mother and her little sister Fenan. Scarlett received her coveted award just days before the US release of The Avengers!

Seated in the front row was Nate Naylor. Nate is a 38 year-old New York executive who somehow managed to hookup with Scarlett. They began dating late last year and Scarlett posed for photos with him recently.

She looked so ecstatic to receive her star! Congrats.
