Happy Friday! Not every obsessive, manipulative, cruel ex-wife can get everything she wants. A judge awarded Usher primary custody of his two sons with bitter ex-wife Tameka Foster.

Tameka alleged that Usher needed to be drug tested and was a bad father. Usher argued that Tameka was inattentive and irresponsible.

In the wake of Tameka's son passing away, Usher requested that the trial be placed on hold, Tameka said the case should move forward because Usher is just fearful he'll lose.

TMZ reports: "A judge sided with the singer, which means the children will be spending the majority of the time with their father.. The extent to which Tameka will be able to see her kids is unclear."

Justice has prevailed.

Usher will probably never get married again because his ex-wife has turned him gay is such a psycho. Tameka Foster was recently hit by tragedy when her 11 year-old son Kile Gloverwas pronounced brain dead after a jet ski accident. Within a week of his diagnosis, Tameka took him off of life support.

Tameka has used Usher's stalker against him in court and now she says that he wasn't there for her and her son after the accident.

Usher not only spent time with Tameka, but he delayed custody hearings out of respect for the tragedy yet Tameka claims that Usher has delayed court hearings because no judge would rule against a grieving mother.

Tameka says that Usher visited Kile once in the hospital and told his followers on Twitter to "please pray" for his stepchild but refused to pray himself.

Terrorist Tammy has requested that Usher appear in court on the scheduled date of August 13 because delaying the trial is "simply a transparent sham."

SMH. Ya, I'd go gay and get a vasectomy if I were Usher.

Usher has finally filed a response to his ex-wife Tameka Foster‘s claims that he isn’t a good father, travels with their kids without her permission, hires nannies without her approval and canceled her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card.

Usher says that he’s a good father who deserves to see his two sons. He asked a judge to reject Tameka’s request for full custody, on grounds her allegations are false.

Tameka has also repeatedly tried to get the judge to force Usher to get drug tested, all to no avail. A trial date has been set for February 27.

Tameka is so bitter and immature, and she’s in her 40s. SMH. Hopefully the new year will bring Usher less drama.

Tameka Foster has found another way to get her name in the gossip blogs again. She filed documents in a Georgia court asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their two young sons. Tameka says that Usher doesn’t ask for permission to travel outside the state with the kids, which he’s legally obligated to do.

Usher’s ex-wife also says that he closed her Saks 5th Avenue card, which he promised her he never would, and she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits the card offers.

According to Tameka, Usher has failed to get her approval before hiring nannies, ask her if she wants to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours, given her 2 weeks in the summer of 2011 with the kids, allow her custody of the children during Christmas break 2010.

TMZ reports: “Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments. Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support.”

A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

When news broke that Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster’s sex tape was for sale to the highest bidder, Tameka immediately verified the tape’s existence, which made sense because she’s a Z-list no-namer who only stood to benefit from the tape’s release. But now she claims she had no idea her ex filmed their sexy time and – surprise! – she’s suing everyone in sight.

Tameka’s attorney issued a statement yesterday saying, “Ms. Foster has not seen the alleged video and had no knowledge that such a video existed. She is certainly unhappy about it.” Apparently, Tameka hasn’t read the manual on how to make your sex tape work for you, because reacting like it’s no big deal then pulling a complete 180 and pretending to be all shocked doesn’t really work. Plus, I’m having a hard time believing that Usher has access to James Bond-style spy cameras and was able to film a sex session without his wife knowing.

This whole scandal just broke a couple days ago and Tameka is already getting on my nerves. In protest, I’m only gonna watch the tape a couple dozen times or so.
