Girls Gone Wild creator and sexist Joe Francis is expanding his empire by launching a topless restaurant chain.

Francis, a former boyfriend of Paris Hilton, plans to open diners in Cancun and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico by the end of 2007.The "sex sells" entrepreneur insists the dining experience will be fun and sexy. He tells the Los Angeles Business Journal,

"You'll be comfortable going in there, but you're gonna get a Girls Gone Wild experience."

Joe says that he's taking big tits international. His restaurants will be worldwide and topless servers will be "optional at night" in some locations.
