Just when I think it’s time for me to move out from under mom and dad’s wings, leave it to the former Sexiest Man Alive to make me feel a lot better about myself. The Silver Linings Playbook star confesses to still living at home with his mom. Although, I’m sure not being able to pay rent is not at the top of the list of reasons why for the Hangover actor.
However, the 38-year-old actor isn’t embarrassed of his roommate in the least. “She’s a cool chick,” he told Details magazine. “We can hang. And she can roll with the punches. If that wasn’t the case, there’s no way.”
And if you’re thinking what we’re thinking, that his mansion is just so big he doesn’t even notice his mom’s presence in the house, think again. “It’s not like I live in a compound and she’s in the guesthouse” he confesses. “No, she’s in the next room.”
While I guess this confirms any rumor that the Hollywood hottie has a serious girlfriend or is dating 20-year-old model Suki Waterhouse (Whew!).
But, there’s more to it than saving money or anything like that. Bradley confesses to being very close to his family and how hard it’s been on them since the passing of his father two years ago.
“My family is very close, and my dad dying was brutal for all of us. It was schism, and its aftershock has not stopped. And we need each other. So here we are.”
Aw, this almost makes Bradley even more desirable (if that was even possible).
