In 2015, Donald Trump had many celebrities that were in support of his presidential bids. Many of them came from high standing celebs in the entertainment industry. In 2016, several endorsements also came from the entertainment industry by popular sports players like Mike Tyson and Dennis Rodman. The popular actor supported Trump as the Republican nominee in a statement to Breitbart in 2016, stating “because he’s an answer to our problems.” The actor also added that he’s honest and that “Abraham Lincoln will be smiling knowing that America will be saved by an honest and good man” at Trump rally in Washington DC before his inauguration in 2017.

Gene Simmons

The KISS member showed his support for Trump in 2016 when he told Rolling Stone that “Trump is great for the political system. The pope has said the wall is unkind, but it’s interesting that at the Vatican there’s a wall, they don’t want people outside coming into the Vatican,” he stated, supporting Trump’s idea to build a wall.

Roseanne Barr

This vocal celebrity has also had a thing for supporting presidents in the past through tweets. Here’s her tweet showing her support for him: “For those who wondered – back in the day when I was called a ‘liberal’ by journalists, I used to answer – ‘I’m no Liberal, I’m a radical’ and still am. I voted Trump to shake up the status quo and the staid establishment.”

Clint Eastwood

This director voiced out his support, saying he appreciates “Trump’s tendency to say what’s on his mind in a time where everybody is getting tired of political correctness,” before the 2016 elections.

Ted Nugent

The musician expressed his support in an article he wrote for WorldNetDaily in 2016, where he stated that Trump should be given a “medal of freedom for speaking his mind in such a bold, honest, and straightforward tone.” He later went on to perform and show his support for Trump at one of the Republican nominee final campaign stops.

Dean Cane

This ex “Superman” star clearly showed his decision not to vote for Trump clearly with a Hollywood reporter. He was later found after Trump became the presumptive Republican head telling “Fox & Friend’s” that he was a Trump guy, since he wasn’t voting Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders.

Kid Rock

This musician showed his support for Trump in 2016 during his interview with Rolling Stone, when he said he was digging Trump and that Trump should be allowed to run his campaign peacefully, since his campaign has been entertaining for him.
